This popular devotion invites us to pray and meditate on Our Lord’s journey to Calvary. We reflect on the sacrifice that Jesus makes for us and on our response.

Joe Blondin, a longtime member of the Ambulance Corps, and former Chamber representative from the Corps and Guardian Angel parishioner, had his Allendale house burn to the ground early this morning. Joe and his wife Barbara were evacuated, but were left with nothing.
The Allendale Chamber of Commerce is looking to help the Blondins by providing donations and gift cards to local stores. Any contribution is appreciated.

CHURCH CONSTRUCTION UPDATE:
Some of the recent church interior renovation work, while functional, was not carried out exactly according to the architect’s plans. This affected the new flooring around the baptismal font, and the upper platform of the altar steps. This week, the work is being updated. Therefore, the church will temporarily not be available for prayer visits on weekdays. In addition, please do not drop off donations for the Center for Food Action on weekdays, and instead bring them with you to weekend Mass.
Please note: Lenten Weekly Stations of the Cross (Fridays at 7:30 p.m.), confessions (Saturday at 4:30 p.m.) and weekend Mass (Saturday at 5:30 p.m., Sunday at 7:30 a.m., 10 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. WILL CONTINUE TO BE HELD IN THE CHURCH THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION WORK.
The Archdiocesan Annual appeal - Sharing God's Blessing campaign has started. Thank you to everyone who has already made a pledge. If you have not done so already, please take home one of the brochures in the church pews or the rectory office. You can drop it in the collection or mail it directly back to the Archdiocese.
